Last month, Tottenham Hotspur announced that an agreement had been reached with Hajduk Split for Luka Vušković to join the Premier League side in 2025.

Two days ago, Hajduk appointed Mislav Karoglan as new manager after parting ways with Ivan Leko. On Tuesday, Karoglan was presented to the media and was accompanied by club president Lukša Jakobušić.
The 16-year-old has made 11 appearances for the first team and has been left out by Leko over the past two months.
Jakobušić said that the defender’s situation no longer worries him after reaching an agreement with Tottenham, and his statements were relayed by 24 Sata.
“That’s not a question for me. For me, the story with him is over, he stays until January, playing and training with the first team. It has been agreed with the sports director and coach that when there is no competition between seniors, there is no obligation to compete,” he declared.

Due to Brexit, Tottenham cannot bring the Croatian U17 international to England until he turns 18 and must find accommodation for him at another club until then.
The centre-back will be at the Croatian club until at least the end of the year and previous statements suggest his stay there could be extended if Hajduk reaches an agreement with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy .
However, president Hajduk affirmed that it would be better if the Croatian U17 international was loaned to a higher league to gain more experience.
“Continuing until January is important, and then we will agree with Tottenham that he will be loaned because he has to go to a stronger league because of his visa, the idea is to bring [ Dominik ] Prpić returns to Radomlje after loan .. The coach has no restrictions,” Jakobušić explained.
