BREAKING NEWS: Raiders big talented best player have been…

The safety of the Broncos In his Wednesday media conference, Justin Simmons—one of the top players in the league at his position—mentioned specifically Jacobs and Adams, demonstrating his awareness of the Raiders’ offensive prowess.

“They have an abundance of talent,” Simmons remarked. “Obviously, with [Josh] Jacobs returning and leading the league in rushing, he had an incredible season last year, and I have no doubt that he will have an even more incredible season this year.” Naturally, though, it will play a significant role in our strategy in assisting in stopping the run. Being able to run the ball effectively opens up the rest of the game, as every competent offense is aware.

Against the Broncos the previous season, Adams caught 16 catches for 242 yards and two touchdowns, including a 35-yard walk-off touchdown in overtime.

The Raiders will rely on Jacobs and Adams to lead their attack once more against their division rival, and Simmons is aware that slowing down both of those guys will be a challenging chore.

The Silver and Black take on the Denver Broncos on Sunday, September 10, at 4:25 p.m. EDT/1:25 p.m. PDT to kick off the regular season.

“And then, obviously, they have a ton of other guys and [Davante] Adams, who is undoubtedly one of the top receivers, if not the best receiver. We will therefore have a significant defensive work ahead of us, but that is what we are hired to do. It will be difficult for us to go out there and find ways to create takeaways for our offense so that they can set themselves up on the short field.

Jacobs ran 52 times for 253 yards and two scores in two games versus the Broncos in 2022, including a touchdown late in the fourth quarter at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to seal the Raiders’ triumph.
