BREAKING NEWS: The most recent team victory for the Browns in 2023 came against…

The Browns’ 2023 season’s most recent team victory was against the Bears.

After an unexpected victory over the Chicago Bears, the Browns are now 9-5 thanks to their ability to stick together and keep fighting as a team, according to Kevin Stefanski, who lectures about winning and losing as a team.

Every Browns victory, according to Kevin Stefanski, is always a “great TEAM win.” The Browns facility is replete with the word “TEAM,” which serves as the foundation for the culture they have established. In addition, players frequently use the term in their press conferences following games. They even use “X” and “Instagram” in the same way as their head coach to describe their victories.

The Bears game on Sunday was the team’s most recent victory over 2023. This Browns squad has encountered an unparalleled level of hardship this season, yet they continue to come together to complete the task at hand.

Currently, Cleveland has a ridiculous amount of 26% of its salary limit on injured reserve. Their quarterback, who was watching NFL Redzone on his sofa a month ago, is one of the two players that started on offense but weren’t on an NFL roster at the beginning of the season.

In Week 15, a lot of players came through for the Browns. The defensive secondary, which has been severely damaged by injuries in recent weeks, is the best place to start. Only a few weeks ago, Rodney McLeod ended up on the same list, and Grant Delpit was placed on it. Moreover, Juan Thornhill was sidelined this past weekend due to a calf issue that he worsened prior to the Jaguars game. Who will take their place? three players: 11-year veteran Duron Harmon, who was moved to the practice squad last week; undrafted rookie Ronnie Hickman; and star special teams player D’Anthony Bell.

The return of All-Pro Denzel Ward to the cornerback position was largely on par. Despite obviously not playing at his best, he gave it his all on the field. On the opening play of the fourth quarter, fifth-round draft selection Cam Mitchell made the play of the game by tripping up Justin Fields, setting up Cleveland for a 13-point comeback.

Siaki Ika, a third-round selection on the defensive line, made his debut in the starting lineup this season. Alex Wright, a third-round pick by Cleveland in 2022, made a huge play to save the Bears from a third-and-one in order to recover the ball. He had only made 17 tackles so far this season.
