Breaking news from the Rangers this morning, as both Borna Barisic and Dujon Sterling did not train this morning, according to PLZ Soccer.
The Scottish football media agency shared via its Twitter account on October 25 that Philippe Clement is currently going through a crisis in the left-back position, in which Ridvan Yilmaz is not named in the Europa League squad.

Clement is missing a suitable left-back ahead of Thursday night’s [October 26] Europa League clash with Sparta Praha, meaning a makeshift option will be needed at the back.

Beale is back to haunt Rangers
Michael Beale’s decision to leave Yilmaz out of the Europa League squad was questioned at the time, with many believing it meant the end of the defender’s career at Ibrox, but after he stayed at the club during the transfer window, Clement will need him now.
The injury crisis at left-back means Ben Davies could be forced to play out of his natural position. This would make sense since he is naturally a left fielder, but it could cause problems for Clement’s team.

A lack of understanding of his wide defensive role can leave him exposed at times, while also limiting the attacking threat coming from the left without a natural overlapping full-back to deliver crosses into the penalty area.

A change in formation could be considered if the new boss feels it would be better to start with three in defense to cover their duties while playing a winger or midfielder in other winger roles to handle arising tasks.
Regardless, the situation is far from ideal ahead of the manager’s second game in charge of Rangers.
