Owner of READING FC Dai Yongge has once more neglected to pay HMRC for an unpaid tax due.

The team is still struggling financially off the field, and this season they have already lost four points as a result.

Since Dai Yongge became leadership of the team in 2017, the team has lost a total of 16 points, and each of their previous three seasons had seen point deductions.

A winding-up petition was issued on Yongge in June because they were unable to pay an HMRC tax bill. The case was later dismissed the following month.

In addition, Reading had three distinct instances in the previous season where they failed to pay their employees on time, which resulted in point reductions.
