SAD ANNOUNCEMENT : green bay packers sack quarterback Aaron Rodger for …

Former quarterback Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers is considering a coaching change.

Only a few days before the 2023 NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers traded Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets. Once Rodgers was behind center, the Jets were given an instant “Super Bowl window” per the agreement. But an Achilles tear delayed that window by a year.

The Jets want to immediately return to the title talks as the 2024 season draws near. They might be doing so, though, under a new head coach.

Aaron Rodgers, the former quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, may be considering a new head coach in New York

In 2024, the NFL head coaching cycle came to an end—or did it?

In a blog published on Friday, February 23, ESPN’s Aaron Schatz boldly claimed that Mike Vrabel will take over as head coach of the New York Jets once Robert Saleh is fired.

After Mike Vrabel was unexpectedly fired as head coach of the Titans, the musical chairs came to an end. Approaching the 2024 season, there are too many qualified applicants for head coach positions available and too many last-chance coaches.

Why not implement the modification right away? Schatz clarified, “The Jets could bench a coach with an 18-33 career record in favor of a coach who has already achieved success.” “Throughout his six seasons in Tennessee, Vrabel had winning records four times. Despite a litany of injuries, he led the Titans to the No. 1 seed in 2021.”

The Jets aren’t letting go of Robert Saleh this off-season, despite this strong argument. Nonetheless, if Rodgers is still with the Jets in 2024 and they collapse once more, this is a very plausible scenario.

Jets owner Woody Johnson wants to retain Saleh and Douglas (GM) in order to keep Aaron Rodgers and the current team intact:

We need a quarterback, as I stated a year ago. We had four plays with a quarterback. We haven’t been able to replace him since then,” Johnson continued. “Having a competent quarterback makes the jobs of all of us easier. It improves both the receivers and the line.
