BIG DOM, LURIE MEET REID AT SUPER BOWL ON FEBRUARY 11 Even though the Philadelphia Eagles aim to win the NFC title again in 2023, they will not be participating in Sunday night’s Super Bowl 58 in Las Vegas.

Even so, chief security officer Dom DiSandro and Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie attended the big game to watch the Kansas City Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers. In the Allegiant Stadium pregame, former Eagles coach Andy Reid met with Lurie and DiSandro in hopes of winning his third Lombardi with Kansas City.

15 JULIO Jones was declared out. During the first half of Monday night’s playoff game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Julio Jones had to be brought off the field to be assessed for a concussion.

For the remainder of the game, he is now out.

Near the conclusion of the second quarter, Jones made a 14-yard grab and was struck hard. He was led to the sidelines and looked rattled up.

The Eagles released the following statement:

“Injury Update: WR Julio Jones has been ruled out.”

At the start of the third quarter, Philly is behind 16–9.

EDGE FRIDAY INJURY REPORT, DECEMBER 22 The Philadelphia Eagles have released their injury report for Friday, and before their Christmas Day game against the New York Giants on Monday, a few key players were still out.

Receiver DeVonta Smith (knee), cornerback Darius Slay (knee), linebacker Zach Cunningham (knee), center Landon Dickerson (thumb), and linebacker Nicholas Morrow (abdomen) were the five players who were classified as DNP on Friday.
