Nottingham Forest player scores ‘big points’ with performance – Loved by teammates, ‘spared no efforts’
Orel Mangala, a midfielder for Nottingham Forest, has received appreciation for his performance for Belgium during this international
break. It has been said that he has scored “big points” with his recent outings.
Today’s DH features the Nottingham Forest player and explains how Youri Tielemans has likely been passed by him in the Belgian
pecking order.
They clarify that even if Belgium won both of their games, losers must exist, and Tielemans is one of them as a result of Mangala’s
performances.
According to reports, the Aston Villa midfielder was “far outclassed” by the Nottingham Forest player, whose performance against
Estonia was far superior to Tielemans’ versus Azerbaijan.
The Forest star is said to have played in his own “simple and collegial” manner, exerting “no effort” to assist his colleagues in any way he could.
He frequently ran without the ball to help teammates out or to strategically position himself so others could shine as a result. That
fashion works especially well with Amadou Onana, who works better with Mangala than Tielemans.
Another issue is one of affinity, as evidenced by Belgium’s players’ celebration when Mangala assisted Lukaku, which was taken as a
sign that the team’very much valued’ him.
It’s fair to say that Tielemans has never demonstrated any great love or enthusiasm for taking a back seat and working, but they really
appreciate his willingness to do so.
But the focus is on Mangala, who seems to be gaining more supporters in Belgium with each international break.
