Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Theo Corbeanu has been out on loan since the summer of 2021.

The 21-year-old left Toronto FC for the Premier League side in 2018 and after spending three years with their academy, he made his first team debut in May 2021, and that’s his only appearance for Wolves.

In the last window, Gary O’Neil’s side allowed the winger to join Grasshopper Club Zürich on a loan deal.

The attacker underlined his displeasure with his decline in form in an interview with 86TV, as Nau.ch relayed. The Canadian international is adamant about wanting to contribute to Grasshopper and make an impression on the field by using his abilities.
“I’m not happy with how I’ve been performing thus far. Maintaining consistency is essential. Additionally, I want to improve the components of my game,” he stated.

Grasshopper had only two victories from their ten league games, and they are presently in the bottom part of the standings. The Wolves player is still optimistic that things would get better later in the season, despite the bad start.
